Carpenter (Level 2) Layout, erect, and finish most construction projects the company completes. Attention to detail a must. Must be able to fill in for the Foreman when they are off site. Almost all items a carpenter needs to perform needs to be perfected.
3 years commercial construction minimum in steel studs, demolition, wood framing, finish carpentry, and commercial door hardware knowledge expected.
Drywall - Taper Capable of taping joints seamlessly. Quality work is mandatory. Knowledge of taping tools preferred.
Spray texture experience preferred. Must have ability to hand trowel remodeled and tied in walls. Ability to work alone is mandatory. Honest, reliable & hard-working. 3 years experience.
Carpenter (Level 1) All carpenters starting at Boser Construction will start at this position. It is entry level, but your knowledge and experience will determine your position.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, exposure to heat and cold, and onsite training will be provided. No knowledge needed but construction experience is preferred.
Foreman The basic function of the Foreman is to schedule, direct, coordinate and supervise the construction of assigned projects so that the company may service customers under the optimum conditions of productivity, efficiency, cost effectiveness, safety and ease of operations.
Construction Trade training and minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial construction.
